Thomas has worked in the investment, funds management and bullion industries for approximately seventeen years with his portfolio management career spanning the foundation of the boutique investment company, TRAC Financial, to the establishment of a highly successful Absolute Return Fund. A significant part of his career has been dedicated to building systems of a cross-border international bullion market with a global network of central bankers, brokers, fund managers and governments. His experience and broad knowledge of capital markets, enable him to deliver exceptional value and insight to all stakeholders.

Michael has a total of 41 years’ experience as a CPA in the accountancy and financial services professions. He has owned and operated a Brisbane-based public accountancy firm and financial services company since 1984. Awarded a Cadetship with the Australian Taxation Office in 1973, he worked in the assessing, business audit and investigation areas of the Australian Taxation Office, and eventually in the Interpretation and Advising Branch of the Taxation Office’s Head Office in Canberra until November 1979, at which time he commenced in public practice.

David has protected and advanced the interests of some of the largest and most prominent entities in the world, across four continents. His experience spans corporate structuring, domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and private equity, insurance, intellectual property and planning & environment law. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (Commercial Law) from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. He is admitted/registered in several jurisdictions worldwide.

David Underwood worked with the Queensland Department of Education until 1977. During his time in Queensland Parliament, he was the Shadow Minister of Health, Education, Tourism and National Parks serving numerous Parliamentary Committees. Following his resignation from Parliament, he was a consultant to business and industry for a number of years prior to becoming the Mayor of Ipswich City for four years until local government amalgamation of Ipswich City and Moreton Shire in 1995.

Eric Maine has more than 30 years of senior management experience in the exchange and financial markets. His most recent positions in the Asia Pacific Region included Director of Market Development at the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange (HKMEx), Head of Product Development and Management at Singapore Exchange (SGX), and Head of Product & Research at Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX). Eric has also held positions at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and the New York Board of Trade.

Jai has a track record of driving business growth in director, executive, partner, advisor, and global leadership roles at both established international and early-stage companies. His diverse commercial and operational experience spans the FinTech, precious metals, mining, financial services, investment and trading spaces. A leader with a high-level understanding of commercial strategy, Jai is known for implementing innovative solutions that deliver increased revenue growth. He holds extensive experience in global decision-making across a diverse range of industries and markets, with an ability for identifying profitable opportunities and the operational experience to capitalise. Jai possesses functional expertise across all facets of multi-stack marketing, financial technology, and product development, enabling him to steer ambitious ideas into commercially successful products with a unique hands-on approach. His diverse skill set enables him to manage with the company-wide attention to detail required to globalise an international brand. As a founding member of Kinesis, Jai brings his wealth of experience to driving the adoption of a truly ethical, global monetary system, which he believes will shape the future of precious metals and the monetary space.

Richard’s experience encompasses executive, operating, director and advisory roles at internationally respected organisations, boutique speciality firms and fast-paced startups. He is a seasoned professional with extensive experience within the precious metals, financial services, wealth management, and FinTech spaces. Richard has a proven track record of success in the execution of strategy, corporate decision making, operations development & management, process improvement, and team leadership. He is an active driver of growth and has a deep understanding of the value of excellence in customer experience. Richard understands the intricacies across a multitude of financial products, service operations and strategies. A founding team member of Kinesis, Richard sees an incredibly bright future for Kinesis across the banking and financial services, retail, trading and investment space. His experience as a hands-on and forward-looking leader underpins the diversity of Richards skill-set, enabling the management of deliverables at the pinnacle of quality.

Andrew Maguire has almost 50 years’ experience working in the precious metals industry as an independent Loco London metals trader and analyst, where he has provided Precious Metals Advisory and Trading services for international hedge fund managers, bullion banks, directors, metal traders and many of the largest global institutions. Andrew has built strong relationships with US and UK regulatory bodies, having worked as an advisor for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, (CFTC) and the Department of Justice, (DOJ). In the UK, Andrew is currently providing advisory services to the UK and the Financial Conduct Authority, (FCA). Andrew’s specialist knowledge of trading in financial and commodity markets equips him with a unique ability to read the precious metals market. As an internationally renowned precious metals expert, Andrews features regularly on popular online precious metals publications to provide industry insight and bring market manipulation to the attention of the world’s media.

Jason Noorman has a wealth of leadership experience within fintech, telecommunications, insurance and, most recently, as Chief Technology Officer for The Pepperstone Group, a leading retail forex and CFD broker. Jason has demonstrated success in delivering large business technology and transformation programs. The experienced CTO is a technology leader with a track record of bringing clarity and direction to strategic business decisions, enabling immediate savings and assuring future, profitable business growth.

Shane Morand has achieved global success across the direct selling and multi-level marketing industries. By the age of 25, establishing himself as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a major printing firm in Ottawa, Canada. Shane co-founded an international global gourmet coffee company, which innovatively sells products through a network of independent distributors and has since become one of the most successful companies in the direct sales industry worldwide. The rapid global expansion of the company saw growth from zero to US$1 billion in total sales under 5 years, with over 1.8 million distributors in 50+ countries.

Christiaan is a highly respected entrepreneur with a passion for business and the growth acquired through entrepreneurship. Christiaan has developed a strong knowledge base in the finance, mining, energy and IT industries. Further to this, Christiaan founded and co-founded several start-ups and provided the necessary drive and entrepreneurial flair for business growth Christiaan has also signed various exclusive distribution agreements with top technology companies world-wide which includes partnerships with IT companies in Sri-Lanka, Brazil and the UK.

Martin has more than 20 years of experience in driving profitable sales growth and product development in leading start-ups. He has been well recognized with the ability to lead new strategic processes and implementations for business in multiple distribution channels across Latin America. Having previously been responsible as Director of International Business Development for a large investment company, Martin was able to increase production growth from USD$18 M to USD$35 M whilst increasing South America global participation.

Boris Shekerov is a talented full stack developer with a wide range of front end and back end development experience for a variety of global platforms and financial services. His advanced skillset to innovative development projects across the financial industry; including, an analytics company dedicated to cost-efficiency trading derivatives, OpenGamma, and global investment manager and technology provider, BlackRock. Boris was responsible for the full-stack development of Kainos, a leading provider of Digital Services and platforms, and is the founder and software developer of Cloudruid, a highly-specialised boutique software development company.

Som Ranga has developed specialised, functional expertise of fund management and financial analysis over the course of his career. In preparation for his career as an analyst, Som graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce and a Masters of Finance, where his continued academic excellence was recognised with a Dean’s Scholarship. Som utilises his client management skills to assist Member Services and demonstrates strong analysis within the physical bullion and cryptocurrency markets. Som brings a wealth of experience in financial modelling, reporting and analysing complex financial data to the Kinesis Team.

Jeremy holds a deep knowledge of the intricacies of all legal practice pertaining to the global trade of precious metals and blockchain technology, and has been with Kinesis for over 2 years focusing primarily on the project’s legal, compliance and risk function. Jeremy has an intimate understanding of blockchain-related solutions and technologies, notably as a Certified Bitcoin Professional with C4 and as a Certified Blockchain Developer with the Blockchain Council. Prior to joining Kinesis, Jeremy practised commercial law with a leading independent Australian law firm based in Brisbane. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).

Alex Docherty is responsible for the design direction of Kinesis products, digital media and marketing collateral, and the management of the core design team. He is focused on delivering marketing campaigns and product vision, whilst developing and building a recognisable and consistent brand. Alex brings over 15 years of UX / UI, front end web and online programmatic advertising experience. He has delivered successful, creative campaigns for big industry clients across the film and television, retail and gaming industries. Alex is also an avid blockchain enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge in blockchain technologies and trading exchanges.

Patrick Turner is a multi award-winning Creative Director, with a gift for advertising and understanding social behaviours. He has helped create a plethora of work for some of the world’s biggest brands for over a decade, including winning a Cannes award in 2014. He has produced content on behalf of a suite of household names; including MasterCard, Sony and Ford. Before founding a creative agency that has amassed tens of millions of video views and counting. Patrick is adept at managing the entire creative process, from storyboarding to directing talent for TV commercials, on both sides of the Atlantic.

Natalina Inglis is an accomplished Global Administration & HR Manager, renowned for her exceptional expertise in managing a vast network of offices and individuals worldwide. With over a decade of experience, Natalina has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, elevating organizations through her meticulous attention to detail and remarkable foresight in anticipating their day-to-day needs. As the Head of Global HR, Natalina assumes a pivotal role in orchestrating both administrative operations and Human Resources functions, fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture within the organization. She possesses a profound passion for optimizing workflow automation and spearheads initiatives to drive teams towards best practices, ensuring streamlined operations across diverse global environments. Hilton Pohl is the Head of Sales for the ABX group of companies. Hilton has spent the past fourteen years within the financial services industry as the managing director of a boutique investment firm as well senior investment adviser at one of Australia’s largest stock broking firms. Hilton prides himself on his customer service and has an excellent understanding of how sales teams function. Hilton holds a Master of Corporate Communication along with a Bachelor of Communication (Business) from Bond University. Hilton’s wealth of experience in managing teams as well as his experience in building relationships with institutional and retail clients is definitely an asset which will help him to deliver in his role.

Alp Berker, a 30 year veteran in finance, marketing and across a broad range of industries; with extensive operational experience has spent most of his career in executive roles, whether co-founding various leading companies in sports, distribution, construction, and large scale project implementation; he has played critical executive roles in the growth of the various companies across a multitude of industries. Alp has also successfully conceived and operated a logistics & implementation network reaching from the America’s to Europe to Central Asia. Alp has recently completed the ambitious project for establishing the physical mint for Kinesis. In addition to his professional positions, Alp has also represented Turkey as the Director of Sports in the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic bid, followed by role as the Director of Sports title in Turkish Olympic Committee.

Gökhan is an economist with over 2000 interviews and daily analysis on Turkish Precious Metals markets in the leading financial media chanels. He has more than 20 years experience in precious metals industry; refinery operations and Precious Metals trading and was a member of the Istanbul Gold Exchange Board of Directors and also has served in the supervisory board and disciplinary commission of the Exchange. Gökhan has acted as the chief advisor of Istanbul chamber of jewelers. Acted as the Vice President of one of the leading national Gold Refinery for 4.5 years. He also organises jewellery exhibitions for sector professionals – from machine producers to jewellery manufacturers, in different countries.

Edward is the Chief Operations Officer at Kinesis. His experience spans over 20 years in international trading and distribution, with the last 10 years focused exclusively on the global physical precious metals market. His diverse competence and involvement run from mine to the finalized investment product, with the outstanding capability to create value along the distribution chain by establishing relationships with refineries, secure logistics, vault operators, and bullion dealers. His expanse of trading expertise covers physical market-making, hedging, risk, compliance, logistics, and vaulting.
