Using the Kinesis Exchange
1. Navigate to the Exchange tab from the left-hand navigation panel within the Kinesis Money platform.
2. Click the graph icon next to the currency pair you wish to view market information for. In this example, we will be selecting KAU/USD.
3. You can use the Buy and Sell action buttons to open an order ticket and trade on the currency pair.
4. The price chart displays the historic pricing movements for the currency pair.
5. The Bid and Ask depth panels show the top price levels of the resting order depth on each side of the order book.
6. The Recent Market Orders panel displays the most recent trade executions that have taken place for the currency pair.
Please note: This is an indicative price only. Market orders are executed against the available market pricing and do not allow control over the price received. To execute an order at a specific value, please consider the use of a limit order.

How to place a limit order
1. Log into your Kinesis Money account.
2. Select the Exchange tab from the left-hand navigation panel.
3. Select the currency markets you wish to view via the symbols panel at the top of the exchange screen (in this example the exchange screen is displaying all markets)
4. Click the buy or sell action buttons next to the market you wish to trade in (in this example a sell order is to be selected)
Please note: This guide is showing only one way to initiate a new order ticket. Please be aware that the buy and sell action buttons are also available by clicking through to a currency pair market via the graph icons on the exchange screen or by going to a currency exchange account and clicking open.
5. Select the order type you wish to execute, in this example a limit order.
Please note:
A limit order is an order to buy or sell at a specific price.
A market order is a buy or sell order to be executed immediately at the current market price.6. Enter the quantity of the base currency you wish to buy or sell (sell order in this example).
7. The order ticket provides a summary of how much currency will be taken from your exchange account and how much you will receive if the order matches.
8. The post-trade balances tile reflects the balances of your exchange accounts assuming the order executes fully.
9. Click “Place Order” to submit the order on the Kinesis Exchange.
10. Click “Confirm” on the order summary notification for the order to be sent into the exchange for matching and execution.

Please note: Market orders on the Kinesis Exchange have been temporarily suspended until further notice. Limit orders remain unaffected.
1. Log into your Kinesis Money account.
2. Select the Exchange tab from the left-hand navigation panel.
3. Select the currency markets you wish to view via the symbols panel at the top of the exchange screen (in this example the exchange screen is displaying all markets)
4. Click the buy or sell action buttons next to the market you wish to trade in (in this example a sell order is to be selected)

View exchange transaction history
View exchange transaction history
1. Select the “Accounts” tab from the left-hand navigation panel
2. Select “Open” against the exchange account you wish to view transaction history for.
Please note: The method for viewing transaction history is the same for each currencies exchange account and is the same for KAU and KAG Wallets also.
3. Selecting the “History” tab will present you with the most recent transactions for the selected exchange account or wallet. This history will contain all processed deposits, withdrawals and trades.
4. You can view more detailed information for each transaction by clicking the down arrow icon next to each transaction.
