Dr Marc Faber is a world-class economic historian, investment advisor and former managing director of Drexel Burnham Lambert. He created the infamous Gloom, Boom & Doom report, an in-depth economic and financial publication which provides market analysis based on economic, social and historical trends.

Famous for his approach to investing, Faber forecasted many important market events, including the 1993 collapse in US gaming stocks, the October 1987 crash and the rise of gold, oil, and emerging markets like China, in his book „Tomorrow’s Gold: Asia’s Age of Discovery”.
