P.J. Patterson<\/strong>, Former Prime Minister of Jamaica and UWI Statesman-in-Residence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>H.E Dr. Didacus Jules<\/strong>, Director-General of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>H.E. Aubrey Webson<\/strong>, Antigua and Barbuda\u2019s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mr Sergio Fernandez de Cordova<\/strong>, Executive Chairman of PVBLIC Foundation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dr. Gene Leon<\/strong>, Executive Director of DBRP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch event highlighted the magnitude of challenges faced by SIDS and presented innovative solutions for building resilient prosperity in developing nations. Dr Nekeisha Spencer, Senior Lecturer at UWI&#8217;s Department of Economics, shared key insights on the challenges facing SIDS, while the event was moderated by Professor David Tennant, Professor of Development Finance at UWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DBRP represents a significant step forward in addressing the unique development challenges faced by Small Island Developing States (SIDS), combining
